Welcome to the julia grant academy!
This is an exciting new centre of learning for all of us who wish to expand our knowledge of spirituality, not only our own spiritual unfoldment, but offering opportunities to every diversity of our quest for spiritual knowledge. The julia grant academy is not affiliated to a religious body and strives to meet the needs of all students who visit, in a non-biased environment (see Philosophy).
The centre offers weekend tuition, on a non-residential basis for either one or two day courses. The julia grant academy is certainly not a spiritual retreat, but offers a very warm welcome to all the students who visit. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, and provides all the student may need to work and learn in a comfortable, supportive environment. Courses are also offered for week day, evening and daytime students for sessions of an hour and a half.
The julia grant academy is based in Coalville, Leicestershire, in the heart of the National Forest (www.nationalforest.org). The town is 8 miles from East Midlands Airport, 24 miles from Birmingham International Airport, and only 10 mins drive from all major motorways throughout the East Midlands. Daily flights connect the East Midlands Airport to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and most European cities, with cheap flights available from Ryanair and BMI Baby. The julia grant academy invites tutors to hold weekend courses, and the subjects offered are wide and diverse, traversing every aspect of our spiritual development in an ever changing World and Universe. The guest tutors are qualified specialists within their field, holding teaching certificates, and have many years of experience in their respective fields. Experienced, renowned and International Mediums will be visiting the centre to run weekend workshops, tutorials, lectures and seminars, most of whom have worked at the Arthur Findlay College, Stanstead, England.
The julia grant academy is based at The Springboard Centre, Mantle Lane, Coalville. This is a new enterprise Business Management Centre, and offers a large conference room with all the attendant facilities to ensure a high standard of education can be achieved. Student numbers are strictly limited to ensure everyone gains the maximum experience and tuition from their course. This allows the tutors adequate time to asist all the students during workshops. All courses will have the support of at least one assistant tutor to maximise the personal approach to study and development, especially in respect to practical workshop experience.
The facilities offered to the students include ample free car parking, vending machines in the reception area and disabled access. There is also a canteen where meals and light refreshments will be served throughout the weekend.
During the weekend all refreshments are included, with a finger buffet for Saturday lunch and salad bar for Sunday lunch. The evening meal on Saturday is not included in the course fees.
Course times are form 0930hrs on Saturday morning through to 1700hrs on Sunday evening. times may vary according to the specifications of each course.
It is anticipated that many of the visiting mediums will offer private sittings to the students at given times over the weekends. Where it is applicable it will be noted on the course itinerary, and bookings will be strictly taken on a first come first served basis, and must be paid for at the time of booking the course. Course fees are published in dates for your diary, and fees are entered against respective course.
