The julia grant academy offers a superb selection of courses, all of which are featured and bookable through this site. All bookings are to be paid for in full at the time of booking the course you require to study. Payments may be made by PayPal or by cheque. Receipts will be issued by post or e-mail once payment has been authorised by the collecting bank.

It is hoped that the Tutors will not be in such a position that they need to cancel a course, but in the event of cancellation, the julia grant academy will make every effort to offer a substitute Tutor of similar experience and expertise. Students may cancel if they so wish, providing their cancellation is received 5 working days of notice of change of tutor (see Terms & Conditions).

Important Notice: The course will finish at 1700hrs on the Sunday evening.  Unless prior arrangements are made, or the student is to receive a booked sitting from one of the tutors, all students are expected to vacate the building by 1800hrs.

Visiting International Mediums may hold public demonstrations of mediumship which will be held on the Friday evening of the course.  The venue for these evenings will often be located in the wider Leicestershire area.  Transport for julia grant academy students will be provided, departing and returning to the Springwood Centre.  For these events, should visiting students wish to attend, tickets must be paid for  in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

The julia grant crystal shop will be open during the weekend at intervals throughout the day.  However, please note that the shop will close at 1800hrs on the Sunday evening.  Purchases from the shop may be made by credit card or cash (sorry, no cheques).

Once a booking has been received by the julia grant academy, notification will be sent either by return post or return e-mail.

Unfortunately, due to present legislation, we cannot accommodate students under the age of 18 years.  Hopefully this situation can be reviewed in the near future.

Please note:  The julia grant academy will make every effort to make your stay as comfortable, pleasant and rewarding as possible.  On the booking form don’t forget to let us know of your dietary requirements, either normal or vegetarian.  Coalville is a small town, and it is unlikely we could purchase the unusual at short notice!
